Ok, this is just … well.. stupid. She is suing them because they scanned her site. There are WAYS to stop that! Hello?? Are you there? You ever heard of robots.txt ? If not, then you should google that.. yeah that’s right google it. You do realize that you will have to sue google, msn, dogpile, etc. search engines that spider web sites. You plan on doing that? Get a clue.
